Three Ways to Experience CoCo Key Water Resort at the Sheraton Ferncroft?
- Purchase an overnight water resort package, which includes 4 passes to the park, online or by calling the Sheraton Ferncroft. Passes are valid from check-in through end of day check-out. Additional passes MUST be purchased in advance. Hotel Direct: (978) 777-2500 x 6060
- Advance reservations for water resort ONLY are required. Visit www.CocoKeyWaterResort.com A limited number of Family 4-Pack passes are available online and subject to availability. Note: Passes are 100% non-refundable and ONLY valid for the date reserved. Date changes not accepted.
- Reserve a birthday party, fundraiser or other group event through our Water Resort Sales office at (978)777-2500.
Are there changing areas/locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Park?
There are changing areas complete with lockers as well as showers and (1) one private family restroom with changing area and shower. Public storage cubbies are available all around the water resort. Lockers are for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary towels are located at our lifeguard station.
What age is a child required to have an adult chaperone?
We strongly recommend children coming to CoCo Key have appropriate supervision. Children 13 years or younger are required to have adult supervision.
Suggested chaperone ratio to children:
- 1 to 13 years of age: 1 chaperone for every 6 children
- 14 – 17 years of age: 1 chaperone for every 10 children
- ALL chaperones (18 years and older) / adults must purchase and wear a water resort admission wrist band.
If I did not book a Water Park package, but I am staying at the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort can I still experience CoCo Key?
Advance reservations are always required to enter CoCo Key Water Resort. Please contact our reservations department to upgrade your room to a “Water Resort” package that includes access to CoCo Key. Subject to availability.
Do children under the age of 2 years pay to enter the Water Resort?
Children 23 months or YOUNGER have complimentary access to CoCo Key. Those children 24 months or OLDER are required to purchase access. Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available at the Water Resort Front Desk, lifeguard station and our gift shop located in the Key Quest arcade for a nominal fee.
What is CoCo Key Water Resort’s room reservation and cancellation policy?
Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a valid credit card and you will be provided with a hotel confirmation. Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of arrival date are subject to a cancel penalty of one-night room and tax.
What are the check-out hours?
Guests are required to vacate their accommodation by 11:00 AM on there scheduled departure date at which the room key card will expire.
